Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups plain Greek Yoghurt
1 Ripe Banana
2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
1 cup Kuranda Gluten Free Tropical Blend Muesli (Nut Free)

Method:

  1. Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners and set aside.
  2. Blend your yoghurt, banana and honey until smooth.
  3. Spoon your yoghurt mixture into your tins and top with your Kuranda Gluten Free Tropical Blend Muesli.
  4. Gently push your muesli into your yoghurt and place your muffin tin in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, enjoy straight from the freezer!
