FROZEN YOGHURT MUESLI BITE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups plain Greek Yoghurt
1 Ripe Banana
2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
1 cup Kuranda Gluten Free Tropical Blend Muesli (Nut Free)
METHOD:
- Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners and set aside.
- Blend your yoghurt, banana and honey until smooth.
- Spoon your yoghurt mixture into your tins and top with your Kuranda Gluten Free Tropical Blend Muesli.
- Gently push your muesli into your yoghurt and place your muffin tin in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, enjoy straight from the freezer!
